    I've heard from some trusted home office people we have been for sale but no one is buying. What's next?

    The end of the fleet vehicle program might signal the end of Mission soon. To be frank, it would be in the best interest of everyone on the sales force including the remaining DMs to look elsewhere.

    I wish they just tell us instead of insulting us with change every month! Terminating the fleet program I feel is the last straw. They don’t want to pay us, haven’t heard from not one single family member and it’s obvious that the leaders we have in place don’t have a clue of what’s going on. We are just dangling in the wind. Get out and whoever is looking to break into the Pharma industry, look elsewhere! Terrible example of how a company should be ran!

    everyone must look to get out. this has been in a downward spiral for the past 2 years. Mission use to be so great. I do find it odd that the family no longer interacts with the company(or atleast the salesforce)

    Ask any manager should we get out! 7 DMs left in the last 8 months. 2 were laid off. 3 directors and 1 president got caned. No fleet program and no 401k for over a year. Launched a product and lost it with in 4 months of promoting it because lack of support. No sales trainers and no support from family and this is a family owned company. HR knows nothing about sales force and from what I know, it is kayos at home office! Several discrimination lawsuits.

    what’s even worst is that they are still hiring people below entry level manager positions at Chic fil a.

    This is a joke of a pharmaceutical company. Y'all knew this and the warning signs were all there but still reps never tried to leave. Good Luck

    Loyalty is Bliss! Who is going to leave before they receive their bonus before Christmas. Probably are going to have a lot of 2 week notices on December 2. I bet that Trueup they promised earlier this year won’t happen either. Question is how does Steve G and Stuart still have a job!

    Back? If they pay for a Bahamas trip before giving a raise, upping 401k, no company cars, no chance of advancement for anyone, or purchasing a new product, they are as dumb as I THINK they are! Now if you are talking about using the money that you pay Steve, Kim, and several others that have not brought anything to the company to pay for a trip to show good face to us, well ok!

    I have one more interview and if it goes well, I am out. I should have left a year ago but I was reluctant to change early last year but it got worst and didn’t want to leave before the holidays. I was hoping they would have just laid me off but I have won a few awards.

    Terrible shame how unhappy 90% this company is. My manager says even his bosses are unhappy and talks negatively about the company and clearly told all of the DM’s they understand if they leave. We have 1 DM that has one a Pinnacle award since they have been a DM and 1 female DM who just was hired (DONT know how but she is extremely nice, beautiful and she was a good trainer) ! I hope she gets out soon before they ruin her also! You all should just listen to our calls, it’s shameful!
