No you must be in "management isolation" because that is far from the truth. There are substantial roadblocks to getting product that sales reps have no authority to help customers with. If you think using selling with marketing pieces and "gaining a commitment" guarantees a sale then you are drinking the big pharma kool aid.

Yes and how many sales reps here have been told by customers that the clinical profile is a winner, BUT it is not good business to pay staff to sit on the phone for hours trying to get the medication for a patient.

It would be cost effective to lay the "losers" off then put the ASM in their territory to see just how great the ASMs can sell since they seem to have all the answers. Put your money where your mouth is!
