I'd say the comments here are accurate. Not only will you be micromanaged, but you will be micromanaged by a person who has no discernible management skills. They do know how to differentiate big numbers vs. little numbers and how to kneel to their superior manager. The truth is that they invest nothing in personnel development, place little to no value on independent thought, and the only good answers are, "yes, sir" and "how high." Their egos get in their own way and they are often tripped up by their own collective stupidity. Working there has been like watching an adult stack three children's blocks on top of each other and then marvel at their grand achievement while their competition at Stryker builds skyscrapers. When they are not doing slapping each other on the back, it's common for them to STAB each other in the back to get one another fired so that there's less competition to face in the future. This place is a joke.
