30 different people have asked or said is Tiago slantys boss. The answer is no. Its the perception he gives off. Slantys needs to harness that. Salanty creates a cohesive culture. Tiago is ripping that apart. It’s clear Tiago won’t be here more than 2 years. Risk is he takes a trajectory off of salanty successful culture we get a new Tiago in few 24 months. More chaos to launch. Lead by fear and micromanage two t work here. It never has. Salanty needs to gain control here or he may be blamed for failed launch when it really wa Tiago lead by fear strategy.

Salanty had an easy sell with Humira. Rodrigues knows it’s a different game today. The cultural elements between the two are quite different. Managing with fear and intimidation is how international hires operate. More so than Americans.I remember hiring this guy in 99 at Abbott as financial analyst and he’s VP now? Humira Reps have the easiest job in all of Pharma sales. A lay down no brainer product that sells itself. When these Humira reps are eventually let go or forced to another drug they will most likely struggle and fail miserably. I heard Elaine Sorg left and went to Lilly. Is Widman and Stenhouse still at Abbvie? The worst thing that kills access is overlay of different reps from same company calling on docs for same drug with different indications. Hell, docs don’t even want 1 rep calling on them, the let alone 3.

My friend, your post touched too close to home. The sound of silence is deafening.

Sounds like you actually understand the underlying dynamics that drive this business.
No wonder you had conflict with these dopes.

SORG left Lilly and went to AbbVie in 2012. Stenhouse is still there - in Oncology. They are trimming the fat and eliminating positions because of Humira's patents and EU Competition.

Actually Stenhouse left the company on his own and is in Madison WI at a new company

I hate it for salanty. He is a good guy. But Tiago is killing everything salanty built and undermining his authority. This org doesn’t need to lose respect for salanty. I think we trust him. But it’s going quick.

A lot of job searches starting for many as soon as the holidays are over. Best of luck to all.

This wreaks of Tiago. “Job searches will start for many after holiday”. Guaranteed he is on here. I’m an mgr and he monitors district level data. He should have more important things to do. Salanty need to get control of his organization before he loses it as he knows it.

It may be too late. The tone for the new people has already been set, and it has been a very bad environment as even the managers openly admit. Some will stay, some will leave.

Too late. No change after nsm. Tiago is destroying culture. A return to primary care which reflects current performance. Reps burnt out and looking for jobs. Many leave for gilead as pouching has begun.

What - are you a fucking possum? Pouching?

Here is a fucking fact. There is no daylight between Big Sal and T. None. If there was a crack, you would never, ever know.
