I’m not FL but still East Coast. Our manager Is fake and knows how to work the system and manipulate us. Doesn’t listen to team and consistently has own agenda. Talks over people and has perfected all too well the cover your butt mentality.

Exactly. People do leave. Look at the number of female reps that left the southeast region over the years. Why do you think it was toxic for them? Do you think anyone above them may have been hitting on them then retaliating if they didn’t play?
