Now I am no baby and I have always known that HR works for the company to protect the company, and that includes from employees. But HR at MTPA are the actual hit men & women. Not only that they will bury the bodies for management. Think Joe Pesce in Good Fellas, that is who your HR reps are. You know some places are actually realizing that human capital is your most important capital, NOT HERE. Here at MTPA HR will knife you, dig out your gold fillings and bury you with a smile.

HR building MTPA one body at a time. Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!! You are an embarrassment to your profession.

The real issue with this company is the HR department. The senior executives tend to not question things as much given that they are Japanese. This allows the head of HR to hire friends who are under qualified and ridiculously over paid! The director level members should be audited, they are also contributing to the toxic environment at MTPA with their incompetence. They seem to be the ones running the company and making the rules. They act as if they are above all. I have Ivy League grad friends who are also women of color in very influential and powerful positions and they absolutely do not act and behave like these people. It's a money grab for friends of the head of HR at this point. There needs to be an audit of the HR department at this company immediately!!

Before you give notice, call someone that has left. This place finds whole new levels to screw you when you leave

why so cryptic? If you’re trying to help people be informed and/or warn future employees just put it out there. Now you’re just make things up. Thanks for nothing bro.

All you need to do is call one of the dozen or so people that have recently departed. Nothing cryptic there. Specific details could reveal victims, bro

So what you’re saying is that it kills you to not know that the OP works here and is miserable or has left and carries a grudge. And that it bothers you when people are honest about horrible treatment of employees during and after employment with this company

HR @ MTPA is the most unethical hand job department for sales that I have ever seen. I mean I am no fool, I know HR exist to protect the company, but rarely does HR actually participate in the hit jobs, but MTPA's HR does. They are unethical, in that they will dupe employees into thinking they are working with them, looking out for them, all while setting them up for the kill. HR is like the "friend" that invites you to meet, so the mob can take you out, and stick an ice pick in your eyeball. How HR looks at themselves in the mirror I will never know, is this the type of career they envisioned? Seems like the HR club ought to revoke their memberships or something. These people are a total joke.
