    1. Stop with the rap themed intro music. This is a meeting and not the club scene. Is this the same idiot company that did the last one with Biggy Smalls music??
    2. Stop with the Hill people analogy.
3..stop.with the front bike - rear bike talk
    4. There's no culture to speak of in field sales. Everyone is looking for another job. This house is on fire and people want out of the house.
5.continue talk of mentoring, team concepts , culture is just fluff talk. Nothing changes ever.
6.stop lying to field sales at every chance and still have quotas unrealistic
    7. New leaders every year. All retreads and castaways from other companies
8..look at the panel. Are you impressed. Herman the only one that sounds credible..
    9.more surveys to come
    10. Still industry low salaries and bonus
    11.management has no direction.
    12. Michelle has the worst town halls

I was trying to find something in your post to comment on but all I can say 100% accurate on every item!! The HO is totally detached from the field, it’s obvious when anyone at these meetings speaks they don’t represent the field.

Agree 100%, home office is totally clueless to how the majority of the field feels about the future.

Its been this way for over a decade. We always seem to take another company's detritus from another NJ-based company.

Agree with everything previously stated. Why do they continue to talk about development/mentors....whatever? Where is there to go in this organization? Why are doors still not open to move over to Genzyme? Are you sure we are actually one company? Last question - what we she saying about changes being announced at the very end? I had tuned out at that point and just heard a few words.

To be fair, what up and comer is going to come to Sanofi?

The best we are going to get is someone who hit a wall at one of the other majors and got a token promotion to come here.

They don’t have any better idea of what to do than the people they replaced or the ones who will come after them.

Not quite. They simply do not care one way or the other what the field thinks or feels. It is irrelevant to their next stock option grant, bonus, or promotion. And no one in upper management expects to stain their resume for longer than a year at Sanofi anyway.

Absolutely spot on post about our “Illustrious Hill Leader” Michelle. Remember, this is the same person who was kicked out of Lilly (Sorry, she was “exited”) and stated in an earlier town hall that “solving the insulin pricing issue/controversy is easy, we just need to tone down the rhetoric” OMG what an idiot!!!! She epitomizes the Peter Principle 1000000%
