The bonus is a joke and you won’t get it until March. You’ll be lucky if you even get $1000. Plus I worked there for a full calendar year and ended up owing on my taxes. Obviously that depends on what state you live in but it’s something to keep in mind that you’ll probably be using that bonus to pay taxes. Another thing to keep in mind is upper management likes to fire people right before they owe you your bonus cause they are extremely cheap and would be okay with you being homeless if it means they can save a little money. So be sure to check indeed to see if your job is posted around that time because they would rather blindside you by firing you then give any sort of performance review like a normal company would do
