Benco hit with two new Antitrust lawsuits

Chuck is freaking out. Its like when a kid hits his neighbors window out with a baseball, knocks over a candle, Burns the house down.

Bad things are coming down the pipeline for all involved at Benco

 

There seems to be a lot of speculation here, anything concrete? Anyone from Pittston that can corroborate Chucks behavior? Leak meeting minutes regarding these issues? Is everything complete rumor and or are we all sitting ducks. Which is it? Chucks in charge or hes out of control. I see and read lots of thoughts not lots of facts.

 

Only reason Chuck is in charge is because he is the “family man”. Rick would be a much better leader.

 

Why? Because he is funny when he delivers his talk at BSF? He may seem more approachable, but.... I'm sure Chuck isn't operating/making decisions in a vacuum either. He may not get Rick's sign off on much but he's not operating all on his own. If he was then I'd be shocked.

 

Chuck might have people working around him, for him, a team helping him manage day to day but the final stamp is all him. Everything goes through him.

 

I wonder how many more lawsuits Benco will face. It is clear Benco is in the settlement mood as they did not appeal. This would be easy money for states to sue, especially East coast states where Benco is strong.

 

Settlement mood? Nah they just got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. All these lawsuits and more too come because of one leader who thought he wouldn’t get caught.

 

Chuck. Hats off to you sir. One man wrecking ball. Destroy the company. Destroy employee moral. Destroy the Cohen legacy. Then blame it on the FCC, blame it at Henry Schein, blame it on Patterson, blame it at Burkhart, blame it at Texas, blame it on Arizona, blame it on ____ fill the blank.
