Can anyone tell me about this division? Is boston or Medtronic better from company culture, product quality, compensation etc? I am considering a role at Boston but heard there may be one coming at Medtronic also. Any real comments are appreciated.

Nevro is the only choice in neuromod, unless you want to sell inferior, me-too technology.

Nevro is a great place to be if you want to join a sinking ship. They are going into low density stim now because people know high density doesn’t matter beyond 1000hz (which everyone does) thanks to the PROCO study. I know reps that switched to Nevro trying to get their old jobs back.

Nevro is great if you want to join a sinking ship that is now realizing that HF10 is not superior to the HD offerings of other companies.

Funny to read the drivel BSX reps spew in the wild. Data on HF10 vs BSX MICC is clear. Reference then Senza RCT if you’re unclear.

Looks like we found a Nevro sheep that has never read a study in his life. That study isn't comparable to the HD offerings of competitors. That study was in the range of 40-60Hz tonic stim compared to 10khz. PROCO study shit all over your product and your market share is falling.

Don't enter neuromod with any company. Horrible gig. You are selling a therapy based on a theory and patients bombard you day night and weekend with all of their problems.

Dude - the PROCO study is a freaking joke. And, no, I am not a Nevro rep. Short-term study, 1 doc (who happens to be a BSX consultant), with nothing to compare besides low frequency and 10kHz. It's more than the frequency moron. Pain is a joke. BSX sucks, MDT sucks, Nevro sucks, ABT sucks......the only thing that matters in that space is rep/doc relationships.....that's it.

Wondering about the types of ships that Nevro, BSX, MDT, etc. are sailing? Any info?

respectively: constant voltage single source, constant current multiple independent current source, constant voltage/current single source. Nevro is HF only and says HF is the only viable option. BSC has both tonic and HR at the same time. Not sure about MDT, at least tonic and maybe HR at the same time, but I don't think so. hope that helps. you left out abbott, nuvectra, and interstim (if you care about piss) amongst others...…..

If you’re interviewing with Boston in Oklahoma don’t work there.
