No Corporate Credit Card

    This little nuggett of info was conviently omitted from the hiring process. I was surprised when I found out at onboarding we had to put everything on our own personal cards and then do an expense report weekly to be re-imbursed in time. We all know how thats going to play out.

    Are they going to be getting corporate cards in the future or will it always be this way?

    horrible mileage reimbursement
    Impossible goal (250 units by 12/31)
    delusional/ shady Sales VP
    DMs don’t really speak to each other

    If you have a family that needs your income GET OUT! Great product and pipeline. Highly skilled reps. Some folks in corporate really get it and willing to help. But! You can’t ask folks deliver 250 units is roughly 31 days and no managed care wins.

    Classic example of bait and switch. The mangers come off as charismatic,passionate and like they care about the reps. All a huge fallacy. They flat out lied! I was never told I wasnt getting a credit card, but should have figured out how dis-organized they were when we had to pay for our OWN flights to the onboarding event. We were told we would be reimbursed the next week. I submitted my expense report the next day and it took a month to get the money. Reps already incurring late fees because managers nit pick report or send it back several times. My manger is delusional and text book example of Jekel and Hyde. Wanted me to do 15 lunches by the end of the year for a total of $5,400 a year. I told him that wasn't an option! I wasn't putting that on my personal card. They lied about car reimbursment that it would be $1,200 a month and mine barley covers my payment and insurance. The gas is only 16cents instead of industry standard of 24 cents. They lied about my territory the hub is 2 hours one way thats 4 hours of driving 3 to 4 days a week some reps have 3 states. There will be a mass exodus out of this company in the next 3 months.

    You pay on your credit card, and get reimbursed. Are you a grown up? It’s not a hard process.

    It's a hard process when it takes several weeks to get re-iumbursed, because managers drag their feed approving your expense report.

    So, the car allowance is what exactly? Industry standard for mileage is not 24 cents...try more like 55 cents, look up government/fda mileage numbers and you’ll see. Thus company is taking people to the cleaners. Glad I didn’t pursue the opportunity now based on these comments.

    The car allowance is another prime example of the many lies Xeris told people we all feel like we were scammed. I was told numerous times there would be a company credit card and over 80% of the sales force was told the same thing and at the onboarding which we had to pay for our own flights and get reimbursed several weeks later.
    Car allowance is half of what I was told and doesnt even cover my payment and insurance. The mileage is suppose to be 24 cents a gallon they are paying only 16 cents a gallon.
    Lies Lies and More Lies.
    Sit back and watch the mass exodus out of this company.

    Nope!!! I've worked for other start up that actually were organized and had their shit together. Every other pharma company even start up except Xeris have corporate credit cards. I'm hearing stories from reps across the country whose are racking up late fees and huge balances because the company is so slow paying the reps back. Yet another lie fed to all of us!! So happy I'm almost out of this sinking ship

    That’s so unprofessional. A company credit card is standard. That sounds really sketchy
