The problem is that at Sanofi your career trajectory is reversed. Managers get realigned to reps jobs, institutional reps become Specialty and Specialty reps become PC reps. (And everyone knows the PC reps at this point should sub out there job to anyone willing to just drive around all day.) I have noticed this over the course of the last 7 years or so.
