    Blame this on hiring incompetent DM's that aren't qualified to lead or mentor anyone! WTF good example is LJ and KB don't be afraid of her she tried to intimidate those who call her out on her bull

    Get out now! Keep your sanity and dignity before they find any petty reason to terminate you or even try to build a false case against you in order to fire you. Remember you are just a number to them and considered replaceable. They do not care about what you have accomplished or how you continued to increase value amongst their ever-changing strategies, while you work well with clients and coworkers etc. Understand that its about hiring the cheapest newbie that is going to put up with their bs, accept low pay and deal with their demeaning ridicule and aggressive management style. Very sleazy tactics and so disrespectful to your employees who stood by Arbor during the tedious, drawn out "reorganization/realignment/restructuring" resulting mass terminations, merging divisions, and ultimate chaos with a lack of a focused company direction. Arbor has forgotten about the people that made them successful as it is obvious that loyalty means nothing. They don't care that their actions are directly impacting our customers impression about Arbor which impacts their bottom line. The word is out so Arbor cannot ignore this problem anymore; the constant turnover of staff is evidence of their incompetence.

    We had a town hall and they failed to mention the layoff that happened on the same day. No Bidil XR. Bidil’s patent expires in 2020. Otovel is generic. Evekeo is generic. Sklice will go over the counter. We will now sell either Bidil or Otovel. Who knows if they will give us credit for the generic fills. Compliance quit. I’m a higher percentage to goal, but make less money. No accelerator for next year. Oh and no one likes your stupid podcasts.
