We lost 2 RBMs in 2 days but you know everyone is replaceable. I said we only have 1 TBM on plan out of 82 and we can do better! I recognize each time an RBM puts a TBM on plan they are at risk (just look at JB after he went on plan and he made stuff up about his RBM). That is what makes Leo great again! Mediocrity is the standard.

I love this company for what I stand for in this company. Leo is the best and I’ve held my end of the bargain up. When I hear, “I’m replaceable”, I hear, I mean nothing to this organization. So, Good luck finding my replacement. My passion and love for what I built is LEO, the real deal. This company needs to change it’s ways towards the people that put on their LEO badge every day and carry the bag, distinction and clarity of how We help patients. It’s not just a saying, I have the heart and how I’m treated and my counterparts is pathetic. Held in a foundation by people who Don’t care about their employees...so leadership or leaderless is a good question. Lay me off please.
