Can we put one more white male in a leadership position? This company is like working for big Pharma in 1985.
We DON’T hire on qualifications and merit. That’s the problem!! We hire based on whom was friends whom at former companies. The Dupixent team is pathetic.
Have you looked around the room at any Pharma national sales meeting? It’s enbarassing how segregated our industry is. Where are the overweight people, the foreigners, the unattractive, the minorities, the female leaders? The majority of elder reps that have Bern in the industry for twenty years. Yes there are always one or two but certainly not a major population. There is a good balance if women and men but typically as reps and about 10% of leaders and managers. It’s a shame in 2018 that a company doesn’t want to lead in diversity.
Yea, let’s be like every other company out there and hire just to check the diversity box instead of improving the organization based on skill set. That’s what has ruined the industry. It was much better in 1985 moron!!!
