Dallas What is broke in sales?

It's a given our Regional Directors are worthless but what else needs to be fixed?

 

The best fix for our BU can only be at the top. When we get rid of BH then we can make progress. Until then everything remains stale with the same inbred thinking we have had had to endure since the Merz days.

 

the derm division has an internal virus that can't be cured.

who knows what joe is going to do but you would think keeping bill in play would be a liability to the company.

 

Getting RID of BH will fix it all? You can't be this stupid, can you?? Valeant Derm was a major fiasco and BH is know better, but OD can not and will not be fixed, PERIOD!!

 

Humphries has brought nothing of value to the organization. He's kept at a distance among all the other senior leaders and virtually no support from anyone in Bridgewater. Most people believe and expect him to be gone by the first part of the year. Nothing lost by his departure either.

 

Since BH was hired, at every sales meeting BH touted his "brillant" business plan the he presented to JP & the board! HAHAHAHAHA!! We believe he was the only one who interviewed for the job as no one else wanted it! When BH goes bye bye, what are your expectations and who will be the next President of OD or Bausch Dermatology?

 

BH has bullshitted his way into a pretty lavish lifestyle, so you got to give him credit for that. Amazing what a line of shit will get you.
