Agree, the system sucks. It is not even that you are losing money, it is the fact that they cant even make this simple or make it work. It makes zero to little sense. The obvious reason is "covered by another sales force" but NO it wont allow you. Makes no sense. None.

 

In your example, the provider is not covered by another salesforce. He’s still covered by the DCS...regardless, I feel like you are just inventing all new things to complain about. Why not just count your blessings, recognize you have it WAY better than most, and appreciate that nothing in this world works perfectly. Quit being so uptight.
