Cuts coming to New Brunswick next week. Specifically in HCC.

 

Boy..you were right on the money. Seems like Hilda escaped with a promotion. Friends in right places while others are standing in unemployment line. Any thing happening in quality, technology, ITS, GQS or Ethicon?

 

Layoffs coming in procurement across the board this week across all sectors globally. Announcements started already and will be continuing tomorrow.

The old JnJ name still attracts a lot of third world H1B 'professionals' looking to get branded by JnJ - as a way to settle in the USA. Local professionals are running from JnJ - it has become a dump

 

Yes, she hired a shark lawyer - and threatened to sue in open court that would expose inside dirt to wall street - Alex paid to avoid the damaging exposure . But Sandi did walk away with a Queen's ransom for keeping quiet.

 

I am relieved that nobody at J&J would trash their team mates in order to try to get a better review / bonus since each entity has a fixed budget for bonuses and the bell curve is an assumption.

 

Everyone cuts everyone this time of year...and those that vacation with their leadership and share wine over the dinner tables and have pool parties in the spring continue to achieve the "E"s on their ratings. We have new eyes on the people through with CT. I hope she can see through those that just parrot others and never really contribute anything. Time to clean house.

 

What's going on with rent a reps J&J has for CPG? I heard the dental sales got caught playing games with Listerine orders...

 

definitely not a new sales tactics.

 

The rejects in dental have been brushing the sales ordering system for YEARS and J&J never reconciled from the back end... A few reps got fired... Let's see how they handle DMs and upper management.

 

Just heard that more layoffs are coming in Consumer. Will CT be able to have an impact??

 

Did they finally put authorization screens into the ordering system so that the Dentist actually signs off on the order of Listerine or are they still allowing phantom orders of Listerine to go thru?

 

How could J&J a rent a rep to just put any order into the system and then not reconcile from the back end? These orders have to be going somewhere - diversion at it's finest. Rumor has it that upper management knew about the frauds being committed and they did nothing about it. If you can't sell, just fake it.
