Vent thread: Intrarosa (high level) mistakes

They all lie. At the WH POA at the end of the year the AEDs all sat there talking about Q1 to our faces while they knew that over half the people in the room were about the lose their jobs. This would be GT; who is no longer here.

 

I dont think they knew anything. They were all caught off guard. I heard the VP was on a field ride when he got let go - I knew the rep he was within the West. The higher ups kept it quiet and played games.

 

VP did not know anything because he was about to be let go. AEDs definitely knew. This was something that was a process; an outside company was involved, etc. It did not happen as fast as they let on

 

The fact that none of us can agree on who knew what and who lied proves that we can’t trust anything that corporate tells us. This company is a trip to nowhere, we just have to face it and try to move on as fast as we can.

 

I may not be a micro-sized CEO but I think we should consider investing in cord blood storage to turn this ship around!

 

What happened with the stock price at the end of the day?!

The Intrarosa sales reps did not sell the damn product! THEY DID NOT SELL. Should we keep them if THEY DID NOT SELL?????? THE PRODUCT IS IN THE RED BECAUSE WE SPENT MORE ON MARKETING THAn THERE WERE SALES!

 

Yep, , totally true. It sucks I know because the Intra reps really tried but truth be told the Makena reps kicked their ass . Just another bad call by the “upper management “. Ball up and call the true performers back if you want to see some true performance.
