4.5 Calls a Day.........................

    This is the biggest lie in the company, aside from "we are family" and "we are in this together", HAHAHA that is rich JS (75% TURNOVER loser). First they think reach and frequency works in rare disease, "just call on more people, that will do the trick", dumb asses. Me thinks these little jap boys, who have NEVER had a product in the U.S. and have licensed everything out, can do two things, count scripts, and count calls (or at least the ones reported), so I am willing to bet JS and others are paid on national call average. So a wink and nod latter, they are telling people to just get 4.5 calls a day (no matter if they are legit or not) so the douche bags can hit their quota and fool the boys back in the mother land. Problem is, as it always is. NO ONE can see 4.5 customers a DAY. If you get 4.5 good calls in a week, its a good week, and that is rare. These jack asses are counting calls like they matter, THEY DON'T, big pharma douche bags. Please go away and leave rare disease to the people who know how to do it. So 50%-60% of the calls being reported are BULLSHIT. Which is all fine and well, until........................they start scrutinizing the calls, which they are NOW doing, because, guess what, sales suck, so.....................vicious circle, same ole shit

    I am willing to be that the Japs, who have licensed out every product in their history to the US, know how to count 3 things, scripts, calls and money, thus I am willing to further bet that Sales management is being incentivized on the number of calls being recorded by the field. This is why JS asked with a wink and a nod, to increase our call volume, and why we were told by management to record every call even for MEANINGLESS people like receptionist. this is why these idiots are pushing a metric that is meaningless in Rare Disease, and this is why 80% of calls are complete bullshit. Garbage in Garbage out

    Hey morons, reach and frequency does not work in rare disease, and your call counting is meaningless, you are just part of the problem and are not making any kind of difference to anyone or anything by emphasizing big pharma bullshit, please leave the industry and take your inventive big pharma metrics with you.

    Tell us what you think is a good metric to judge how much you do or don't suck. Bif? You've got an excuse why you can't get them. Cartons? You'll blame someone else for that. A huge 4.5 calls per day? Nah, that's what you want to do per quarter because you're such a great specialty rep...loser
