Any details about Eisai benefits? Vehicle options? Monthly personal use cost? Vacation policy? 401k match? etc....
Most things are standard like all other companies. The 401k match is lacking and there is not stock to purchase or options. Health care is ok. Car choices- subaru outback or chevy equinox.
401k is not real good I agree and we should go to car allowance. The cars we offer are terrible. My back hurts constantly.
