I'm surprised by the comments about Bob not being a complete idiot. My experiences with him years ago were cringe-worthy at best.

I heard it was a very popular inside sakes rep who had a very long tenure and the Comptroller. I heard the Comptroller had shares in the company. They must tip toe because this person probably knows a lot of the inner secrets. Ii guess their futures will be much brighter now. I have known many of their inside reps and they have all left. They probably left due to the inept management. I wonder if this is just the beginning. Why would anyone with a stake in the company up and leave? Perhaps financials are not that rosy. I shall keep monitoring this thread makes for good entertainment.

My friend had his territory cut due to expansion. He lost 50k in revenue. No big deal right? Just lower his quota. Nope. They increased it by 100k.
The inside rep that left had over 15 years at salvin. Great guy. Has some awesome stories about the morons in charge.

 

Morons is an understatement you are giving them too much credit. What territory did they cut to expand? Another person whose resume will be floating around. The person that did leave is a great person. If you work there and stay there you have no selfworth and are into humiliation. They will soon be just another catalog company.

 

Catalog company. They should call themselves the Me Too Knockoff Dental Products Company. We sell cheap!!!!!

 

Leave your negative input on Glassdoor. They force employees to leave five star reviews. I worked with one of the previous reps in the Midwest and she said they flat out required her to leave a stunning review. Our upper management considers their uppers to be clowns!!!!!

A Britney Spears song is playing at Salvin, "Hey I Did It Again". They just fired a long time rep in the state of GA. He had great contacts and is a very likeable person. Those clowns running that circus couldn't shine his shoes. The also got rid of a longtime customer service person for not taking the shot. I don't believe you can get fired for that but it would be a nice court case. Clowns telling you what you could do with your body. Insanity at its best. I wonder who's is next?

 

Why did the fire him?

 

Probably because he was doing his job. Making too muck money and they gave some stupid reason. He is much brighter than them. Hopefully he lands on his feet and takes their business with him. They don’t realize how much they are hated. Even the cry baby NSM. He is afraid of his own shadow. The get rid of Customer Service person because she did not want to get vaccinated. They should start asking who has AIDS, herpes and hepatitis. Who cheats on their partner and whose partner cheated on them. They should let every employee know. What a bunch of inept owners.

 

As much as I hate on those fools up top, anyone getting fired for not getting the vax deserves to get canned. Especially at a medical device/supply company.

 

Four people in 2 months time to post this stat on Glassdoor. I am sending this link all over. Just to let people know what type of organization they are. They are a bunch of egoist, cheaters, liars, two-faced and biased against anyone who thinks differently than they do. They get rid of people who make noise. You can ask anyone who has left on there own or was fired. They are laughed at by other companies and clinicians are beginning to laugh at them. They monitor this site on a daily basis. Seen it with my own eyes. No one should be forced to write good reviews of the company. They should be ashamed of how they treat people.
