The major problem starts at the top and trickles down.

The culture completely changed when BG was “promoted for a fantastic opportunity in Marketing” and DD was named as his replacement. The BG “promotion” was bullshit....he was kicked to the curb. In walks DD who exhibits NO leadership and is responsible for the current toxic culture. I fully remember his introductory talk in Chicago. Sounded great at the time but, in hindsight, his slide deck (core values/promises) were a pack of lies. POS Cheesehead.

Definitely can’t disagree with you. It starts at the top and trickles down to all levels of leadership. It’s all a bunch of box checking metric trackers. Their pharma IQ is the old school primary care big pharma micro management model from years ago. Don’t think, just be an uninnovative pharma drone and leadership will luv you!

Managers in neuro are clueless and pretty much drones on a string.

Definitely not the sharpest or most innovative tools in the shed. Step by step instruction manuals required for them to function.

The least progressive and least innovative managers on the planet. Awful just plain awful.

They are all lug heads who get paid to follow specific primary care instructions.

    I second this.

This is a big pharma model and you don't need more than 3 brain cells to carry out the day-today activities.

Look at the dummies in middle to upper middle management.

These are C students with drama or journalism majors.

    Total idiots.

Top down primary care management for sure. Mid level managers are nothing more than order takers at McDonalds. Glad I recently left this rotten shed.
