What is the deal with this division? I interviewed here back in August. Interviewed a few times, made it to the final two. They went with the other candidate - they had time in the specialty/space. I did not, but have a lot of experience overall. Just got a call from another recruiter for the exact same position. It's back open now. So what happened? Did I dodge a bullet?
You dodged a bullet. This division is in the early stages of completely falling apart. Reps are not hitting plan and not making any money, more departures to come. Culture is awful and the leadership has no clue.
That is what I thought. I figured it was either a bad spot overall - or that the manager situation wasn't good. When I interviewed, there was no "direct" manager. A manager from the Midwest was kind of "standing in", and I met with him and the VP of Sales.
Any recent updates on the oncology division? Recruiter messaged me about an opening in Florida. Seems like a good gig with Nano Knife gaining traction. How many reps are actually making plan?
Really ? Nanoknife is not making traction. Fucking joke. Just doctors moving to diff locations and asking for it in the contract. This place is a horrific place to work. Leadership is horrible. Chad Reed is a piece of shit. Bouchet is a fraud. Fuck off !
agreed. This place is a piece of shit only about 3-4 reps making any money. And when I say money I mean like 180. Itβs a joke. Leadership is pathetic. CR is an asshole. Bouchet is a fraud. This place is the worst. Stay away. Do your homework people. Ask what the voluntary turnover is ! Lol ! Revolving door.
