I am sure moving to Motus is another cash grab from the reps. This company is continuing to crumble and suffer a slow death. The culture has been killed, no one is making money, management is happy that rep pay is falling; that actually might be the race to the bottom. This is a good 6 month gig - take your guarantee and look for a different job for 6 months. I can promise they are not committed to you as a professional salesperson. Company revenue is flat lined for another year, what is it now, 5 years stuck in the $350's, CEO can't have a lot longer left at this pace.
