Conicelli still sux.... he’s got his regional meetings over the next couple weeks to use his step stool....errrr platform to motivate everyone. He’s so full of personality and business acumen (that is a synonym for swagger, ehh Meg?? ) that it oozes from his tiny tiny tiny pores. Time to pack up all the mini Rolex’s and tiny velour suits, CC is headn out on the road. The children’s menus across the east will soon be depleted.

Conicelli shows up to our regional meeting and tells us to sell value? OK, sell the value of a 20-year-old product that doctors and hospitals who don’t even give a shit. Chris after we lose accounts you ask us if we knew all the details. Why don’t you ask yourself the same questions? Chris you have no relationships at all in the industry. People choose not to meet with you. You’re responsible for losing most of the business and the East.

this may have been the worst meeting I have ever participated in. It was lead by two incompetent people in Chris and Anita. If you want us to sell value, bring some innovative tools to the table and not the useless Vibe scale.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for and the messages on this board shed some light on the truth

Then leave. Seriously, you joined this company intentionally and then bitch about it like they're keeping you here against your will. Get the fuck out.

No I joined this company and it didn’t suck. Conicelli was promoted and now the culture is dog shit. No new products, losing accounts left and right to competition, clueless management, a new product manager every year, a national sales meeting in Baltimore,Etc...We all did well this year because of a back order but next year is going to be terrible

Hate to break it to you..... we have had everything you mentioned since Meg got involved from the other side of the business. She is still learning on the job what it takes to run a successful SURGICAL device co where innovation reigns supreme. Not just filling bags with water and raising prices Bc of limited supply.
Ok ok... I stand corrected....... it’s been everything you previously mentioned but Baltimore????? Lovely choice, charming town.

But you're ok with the lack of everything as long as you made money? You sound like everyone else on all of these boards. Think we're the only ones without new products, with turnover, etc? Get over it or get out.

I know you became a sales rep to help patients I guess. Total BS. Why do people post on this site? Because they are frustrated with the lack of talent in management, bad reps that were promoted into management because they play the game well, the lack of any vision from the company, And The way things work around here. I made good money this year And when I leave it’ll be a dumpster fire!.

Oh yeah, all sales reps just care about the money. Floseal is no better than surgiflow, Thousands of procedures go on every day without these overpriced products. There is no substitute for good surgical technique.

As the individual above mentioned it is about leadership and vision. When you have Wil the narcissist and clueless Meg at the helm who do not understand or care about the device space its a problem
