Just read about the positions that were rolled out with Adu and asked my manager to give me an approval to apply as an internal candidate. She said NO... WTF? Thank you Biogen with my years of service for not even offering me the opportunity to apply?!
You need to understand that they are only taking 10% of MS/SMA... We know EVERYONE wants to apply!! DO you love your manager or hate your manager, more importantly do they love or hate you??? Some MS managers have been here too long... tooooo long.
As much as may agree with you, you need to calm down. There are only a 'few' jobs per region, PRIOR to launch! Hang tight and if your manager has an issue post approval? Perfect time to call HR!
