Nostradumbass could have seen this coming. It's why the stock price was so low.

more layoffs in blaine today. I heard they are selling to the gun range next door and they’ll use the facility for a small indoor range. Nuvectra will lease back part of the space just to keep the address. they’ll be only two left.

Glad I got to see Bonnie one more time. Dreams do come true...

Radioactive! I don’t have anything on my resume that shows success and sales growth. Should I just blame management for this nightmare?

That sucks. At least my group accomplished stuff and had great people to learn from. It's the only reason I stuck around longer than 6 months.

Management is a total cluster, yes you blame them for bankrupting the company because they chose to try to sell the company rather than build it. Drees was too busy trying to fluff up and paint green dead branches to water the roots of the tree. Now because of that poor strategy, the tree dried out and is now dead.

One person was fired for asking Drees what he was doing about all the returns and quality issues. F-- that arrogant a,,hole. He should be sued for all those millions he didn't earn. His record here is pure failure and he should have to pay all those millions back. Norbert too.

What did your group accomplish and in what time frame? there doesn’t seem to have been much accomplished of significant value since the algostim approval.

Drees came out of ANS/STJ while it was still in its delusional state of ignoring quality issues and thinking they could get away with it. He didn't live through the years of the FDA warning letter that was a result of that thought process.

When and what site? product quality came up MULTIPLE times in “town halls” over the couple of years I was there and no one got fired. No one was an asshole about it though. Well maybe one guy but even he didn’t get fired.

    Why so angry?

You worked for them a while with some good people. Did you get paid? Sounds like you learned a valuable lesson, made some good career connections and got paid in the process. yes you probably “stuck around” until you got laid off. Big deal. this is not the last time you will get laid off unless you’ve retired.

kaula’s been gone for over a year. Drees has been gone for almost 10 months. Move on. Get over it. Life’s too short and the world is too full of fucktards to worry about the ones that can’t affect you any more

The board dropped down a couple of members because of the diminished operations of the company. Should the executive management t take a pay cut for similar diminished role?

Anyone have any idea when news is expected on SNS product Virtis...If approved would that be a home run for shareholders ?

No. it will be a home run for whoever buys that asset in bankruptcy. nvtr was going to work with fda on approval first half of 2020. assets will be sold by end of first half. approval would have to come very soon for it to mean anything for shareholders. even creditors will be taking a haircut at this point

your little experiment of the company managed to dick over 9567 patients. I thought you had a 80% or 90% conversion rate or something like that? why didn’t i see more of those press releases talk x000th patient served? Let
    me guess, fraud?

the bidding procedures for nuvectra are up on the internet. There’s a bullshit requirement that anyone buying the company have to payout the golden parachutes to the management team.

that shitbag parks gets paid over a million dollars. for what? taking a nap and drinking Ovaltine while the company crashed and burned around him? for his services (watching matlock?) on the board that allowed this shit to happen?

bonnie schmidt gets 200k. for what? HR couldn’t even get positions filled the entire time that company operated.

I don’t even think the company is worth the sum of the obligations in this list...

how do they say they have $13m in product as an asset? isn’t that stuff worthless? even if you could find a customer for it, it will expire before you can sell it. then you’re stuck buying from integer again at unsustainable prices.

they have a handful of patents. good luck with sale.

Hiring managers are jackasses. This place will be under in less than 6 months. Upper management is clueless. They need to clean house and get better products. Anyway, I turned their offer down because the manager that did the interview is a jack ass. A squirrel has a bigger brain than him. Anyway, good luck to anyone that’s still here. Enjoy layoffs
