I will be shopping for a new job. I can not work for MZ any longer.

If they would “inspect what you expect” MZ’s performance he would be gone. From his Ameritox days to today he has always been all talk and no action. We are about to be in the same situation we were in at Ameritox.

My numbers are solid. My counterpart and I have been here for over 5 years and have this down pat. They won’t fire us bc our territories are the top performers. We have a well run machine. But you go ahead and log 10’calls a day. Maybe you should make some better contacts.

I agree. It sounds like if you have been here 5 years you are one of the lucky ones that was able to build relationships and establish productive territories before the new sales plan was established. Whoever made up the 10 calls per day rule does not understand this industry. I am a rule follower and am finding myself rushing out of productive calls just to make it to another call to fulfill the expectation. At the end of the day I am making 10 calls per day but they are all unproductive. Whatever, I will do what they say.

So having more than rep in one city isn’t a counterpart??

Keep scrolling troll. Oh yes right you and your "counterpart" share prospects and are both equally landing accounts and sharing commission. Such a friendly collaboration. 2 totally separate territories. Clearly your a troll

My manager is going apes on the calls per day and threatening me with some plan based on calls not results. Even though i landed accounts. Makes zero sense. Ok pal i can play that game. Game on

By accident, while being an ass, in one sentence you just summed up Aegis better than any NSM, ASM, or Aegis HR faux focus group ever has.

"Not one rep here has a counterpart"

I am not a troll = read this weeks non compete email

    Who's next to leave?

It's called EKRA idiots! They can;t pay commissions anymore based on volumes or revenue collected. They are going to the "# of calls" bonus like most labs. They will check to see how many calls you make by calling the calls you list. Most reps only make 4 calls a day, so more calls should = more sales.

All false. Troll go away. You have no idea what you are talking about. Every lab pays on volumes and revenues collected. No lab uses # of calls as commission payout. It’s not the number of calls you make it’s quality calls that make the difference. You make me laugh. You have no clue.

Thoughts on the new comm plan, billing processes and future outlook? Let's keep the format true to the OP, good, bad, and ugly.

    I have thoughts alright.

That's all you got? You took time to repy with that? It's neither good, bad, or ugly. I feel the comm plan is an improvement. The billing process changes are on par with "reputable" companies, a new field sales trainer can't hurt, but the outlook to me is still shaky.

Soooo hope everyone is well. OP here, just wondering how to view current events impact on the outlook for company. Tornado, covid19. Right now many of us are experiencing, or will soon i predict, an extended period of no access to all healthcare offices for non essential personel or services. Will government money lessen the sting? We will be shut out and see testing only when truly medically necessary for some time. Can Aegis weather the storm, will they pay rsms in hard hit or non profitable territories, will they provide some meaningful direction and additional training/ppe to sc and rsm personel ?? What say you?
