Sales Leadership is a JOKE

    From the SVP of Sales down this organization is the worst company to work for. Depending on the day strategy and direction will change. You have no clue if a contract will be canceled, changed or upheld. Every day is a different adventure and very frustrating.

    Leadership is totally lacking at the top. SVP of Cardio leads by intimidation, reckless sarcasm and threats. Unfortunately our President is afraid of the SVP, so he looks the other way. Great company, but current leadership will ruin us.

    We need our President to get involved and make the appropriate changes. Otherwise we will sink. I know many people looking for new opportunities because this culture is terrible and will break you at some point.

    There is no leadership here in either division. They are clueless and think a sales force should run by intimidation which is why everyone is jumping ship. Weak.

    I definitely agree with all the comments above. Field force moral is bad, people are afraid to provide candid feedback as the intimidation is real.

    My RBM says many of his or her colleagues have little respect for JZ who treat them like children and is consistently bad mouthing our field force.

    So sad here.

    A bunch of misogynistic pigs in mgmt. All they promote are yes people. Many people go to hr and nothing. Interviewing elsewhere. Over it.

    We have cardene, no wait we don’t have cardene. Guess what, we have cardene..nope wait a second, we don’t have cardene. This company is bipolar. And now we have product certifications that are timed? Wtf is up with that crap? Are we children now? Is JZ making cardene in his basement so he can hit his numbers, why do I have accounts still getting 300 plus units a week. Ripping the sales force for not hitting our Cleviprex numbers but yet pushing cardene supply until the end of the year.
    Maybe we are children because he thinks we are morons!!!

    Cardene is a great way to pad the numbers so they look like they are hitting goal and dont have to pay commission. Same crap on other side. Bethkis goin' generic and they are pushing it but find ways to not pay reps commissions. They do treat reps like babies. Maybe thats why the talent pool has decreased when hiring.

    These posts are dead on. JZ is a second rate district manger pretending to be a VP. Zero leadership skills, very dishonest and loyal only to himself. He would throw is own kids under the bus if needed. Absolutely PA-freaken-thetic.

    Sad to think you have to sell your soul to move up here but then again, your point is well taken about corporate America being slimy. I was really hoping that this would not be the case here but learning quickly that rats and snakes are everywhere.

    HR only covers stuff up. SVP and many RBMS are HR nightmares that keep on doing their thing, with no accountability. Pretty pathetic to say the least.
