    One of the major problems with Sage is Sage Central. You have leadership that is listening to Tom M. He is a big Pharama guy with little to know experience with Buy and Bill. Tom M has hired all of his buddies that are scared to disagree with him. His most recent hire was a 10 year friend from a former company named Allison. It’s amazing that Leadership allows this to continue to happen. Pharmacist are being hired. Lol They know nothing about Buy and Bill. The only person inside Sage Central that could turn the ship is Wendi S. This individual ran the largest Hub in the history of Lash. Tom M actually reported to Wendi. The only chance for success with Sage Central will be if leadership gets the correct leader in place which is not Tom M . I truly feel bad for the SOCs, (11) hospitals and patients that are relying on Sage Central.

    I don’t think you are going to have anyone disagree with you on Sage Central and our frustration from the field.

    They all should be fired. Incompetent isn't even the word for it. Completely inept and unqualified.

    I am actually in leadership and couldn’t agree more. Problem is if you speak up you will receive your pink slip from the good old boy club. By far the worst run hub I have ever seen. I have been fortunate to work with WS from Sage Central in the last few weeks, she is amazing. Our customers absolutely love WS. She could turn this sinking hub around

    Chill, that was obviously an internet troll, not a TBS. We’re just as frustrated with SC as the KAMS since we’re the ones walking back into our referring offices with our tails between our legs apologizing for moms being in que for months on end.

    lol biggest joke of a comment right here. Nothing to blame KAM's, because most of them do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Yes, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND WE ARE ALL ONTO YOU!

    Sage Central is the worst access solution program I experienced in my entire career. The case managers are inexperienced, lack common sense, and are very lazy. This is a very poorly run program and have cost the company a lot of patients for too many reasons to list. I am amazed they haven't cleaned hose and revamped the whole program.

    Blaming the KAMs or the TBSs isn’t the problem. Sage Central is the problem. Get rid of Tom and Liam for starts. Find leadership that actually understands what it takes to be successful with a buy and bill drug. Horrible for PPD patients that had so much hope from a great product.

    They built a HUB in anticipation of blowout prescriptions. Didn't happen so now SC is a HUGE cash burn.
    Only option is to scale down and then shut down.
