crotchety old folks who grumble and can’t keep up with times, still using Blackberry, bragging about how they don’t text or can’t send an email are responsible for a lot of age discrimination. It’s definitely real but many times it’s justified.

 

If you are “old” and still work for Pfizer you’ve already not kept up with the times - get trained and get out of this shit hole company.

 

Age discrimination is not confined to Pfizer, it is a reality that stretches across all of humanity. It’s true some is “justified” based on not staying current with technology. Reality is that this world is changing so rapidly that there is no premium for being older and wiser...
