Tired of working under threat and some managers have used this. The past few years threats also come from the top and this is demotivating.

 

My manager is awesome. She said I do a tremendous job and my ranking is top 5%.
She wants me to coach my peers, but they’re a lost cause.

The product is average at best. It’s too much work to acquire. Patients and providers are pretty much in deferent. They are exhausted for being beaten up. Sales skills have nothing to do with it. After 2 years time is running out.

A company only stays alive when its culture stays alive. The pathetic erosion of our culture has been years in the making. Our culture did not die from the field, it died from our leadership in Richmond. Shaun ghosted us years ago, and it died died on the vine. Pathetic.

We have been doomed and we must move on. Bitching and moaning here does nothing.
