Heard they wanted to fire the buffalo manager after they realized pretty quickly that he sucks in that role, but they felt bad so they just slashed his geography and gave a big chunk to a 23 year old with no experience. Lol! You know you’re terrible when they’d rather have half your business run my a kid without a lick of business experience. Our part of the country is getting messier with each week that goes by.

The biggest challenge? Staying on this sinking ship waiting for someone to buy us which is probably never going to happen with these D Bags at the helm.
“This stuff is incredible, surgeons tell me there’s nothing like it” If this is a fact, why the hell have we not been bought!!

confirmed no longer with the company lol. Good try bro. Don’t take it so hard you sucked at sales and couldn’t sell one of the easiest to sell products on the market. For everybody else reading. The honest truth is I have a great AM. Awesome RM. sell a product that surgeons love after the first time they see results and feel lucky to be at this company at this stage of growth. Every company has its challenges but honestly it sounds like most of the reps on this page are ex employees who had a bad go of it. Some are valid objections and complaints. But after keeping up with this thread for a while I get the feeling that most of the negative posts are coming from a few or possibly even 1 ex rep with a hell of a grudge

The biggest challenge here is having dumb people in power positions that have no previous medical device experience with a real company prior to joining ACell. The director of sales was in golf ball sales, and many of the managers either worked at a distributorship or have no relatable experience before ACell. Almost everyone is winging it and pretending like they know what they’re doing.

Check your managers resumes before coming on board.... and you might want to spend $75 on a background check. Some of the managers have arrest records that would impress my friends doing time in the pen downstate.

How would an “ex” rep have all this information on conference calls and current things with the company?

I am not a current rep, but your post implies there are no current reps on here. There are tons of posts about stuff that just happened that could only be from current reps. I just come on here and laugh because things never change.

Seems like to same 30-40 people posting on this site from the Midwest and Southeast. Why are people in these parts of the country so pissed?

Dear board members and shareholders that read these posts.....

This isn’t about a smear campaign. This isn’t about a bitter rep complaining on their way out the door. This is about the truth...and sometimes the truth is hard to deal with when you’re the one being exposed.

This is about who is abusing their power, this is about who is flat out dumb, who lacks experience and basic business skills, This is about how how they manage us, and how it’s hurting the company and culture, and how it makes us hate working here. If you don’t think there’s a groundswell of people exhausted by these two frauds, then you’re not paying attention to what’s being said all over the country. This includes top performers, people in departments outside of sales, and some of their so-called friends. It’s not just the average rep or those struggling to build the business. Everyone is fed up.

Management isn’t about bullying and threatening. Leadership isn’t taking care of your boys and covering up their transgressions. Being a director isn’t about about putting your interests over that of the company and abusing your power. People here want true leaders who know what they are doing and who they trust. DD and TB fail miserably in those two areas, so don’t be surprised that people all over the country are exposing the truth about them. Some of us might not have stock options but this is how we feed our families, so we absolutely care about the company, it’s future, and who is leading us.

Dd and Tb are stellar leaders. The lower ranked younger reps are posting lies.

i feel you bro, but you're wasting your breath. if the board cared, they wouldn't stack executive management with the likes of the current so-called c-suite. if the shareholders cared, they'd hold the board accountable for the failure. look over the last few years at who has voluntarily left from executive and senior management and who has remained. its a cesspool of mediocrity. the only reason things keep chugging along is because the sales team keeps performing. frankly, anyone complaining here will just be seen as spitting sour grapes because why fix it (sales) if it ain't broke?
