So let me get this straight - the only division that is really doing well is hospital and the current hospital leadership that has delivered these results year after year is NOT being rewarded with the ability to continue leading their team? And furthermore we are handing the reigns to a person who has been with the company for less than 2 years and in that time, in her own words at a company meeting, she admitted she has had zero success in her role. This is the 'talented' person that is going to lead the hospital team now?

It all makes perfect sense in the bizarro world that is Mallinckrodt. We put people in positions of power who have no business being there and instead drive out the real talent -- all while doing everything we can to not 'maximize shareholder value.'

The fact is that Paul C or David N EARNED that role and not giving it to one of them is a absolute joke.

And you work at Mallinckrodt why?

Leave the dumpster fire and your quality of life and health will improve.

A very disappointing call all around. The people who have been driving Acthar into the ground will continue to destroy it. I was hoping David or Paul would move over to help us out.

I think DN or PC should have gotten it, but SL is great and she hires and retains good people. You all dodged a bullet with some of the people it could have been.

she Can’t be that good if she came here.
It really doesn’t matter. Ask yourself how many presidents of hospital have there been in recent years. She is fourth in four years.
Don’t be surprised if some of the other names mentioned leave by April. The promotion didn’t come so they now have no reason to stay.

She fell flat and did nothing to improve or even preserve access for ARD

I am concerned that mgmt does not seem to know what is on label and what is off label.
Red flag - off label selling is being encouraged?

SL destroyed ARD and market access. Really killed the moral and the business. She did the same at Valent and they pushed her out. Now we are rewarding this by letting her take over the only bright spot left here, if you can call it bright - lol?

Management is making employees on the ground do things that are 100% not in line with FDA policy or probably even the law. They either think that the FDA won’t shelve Acthar because of the IS indication or they think it’s going to sink anyway so take the money and run. And some of the directors are so stupid that they’re crossing even further over the line thinking the company will provide cover, which it will not. That MOA messaging is a prime example of government action waiting to happen.

Back on topic though the market access was declining rapidly and rock bottom before SL came on. I saw improvement in numbers for at least 2 TAs under her tenure. It’s also hard to get blood out of a stone and no managed care company wants to pay for a drug with no efficacy data at this price. Was she supposed to magically make that happen?

You wouldn’t know an FDA policy if it hit you in the face. If you’re such an expert, blow the whistle moron
