Agreed. Again, no one is debating that the bonus thing didn’t happen or when it happened. What we are talking about is how you aren’t admitting when you are proven wrong, and instead redirect to the unrelated bonus issue. It’s excusable to complain about real negative outcomes you’ve experienced. But when you make up conspiracy theories and get debunked you need to own up to it.

I was not the OP regarding management being useless. That was someone else. I was pointing out a fact that is relevant to the reps.

I’m with you, the bonus thing sucked. Still doesn’t make it relevant in a back and forth about the promotion.

I was voicing my displeasure about how the company stole from us. I don't care what the context was.

No offense but that’s a cop out. Context matters. You know you threw that in to distract from the actual conversation, which wasn’t going well for the OP.

I can't comprehend anyone getting on this site to do anything other than vent. If you are coming to this site to win an argument I really do pity you.

how does the company expect the sales force to stay if the majority can’t make decent bonuses? Maybe reconsider the bonus plan? Don’t come back with go out and perform....because we have been for years and times are difficult

Wake up, the company wants you to leave so they can replace you with a $52k per year rep.

If that is, in fact, their strategy, all the more reason to leave. You’d be better off in the long run to find something else. Knowing that there are so many companies with start dates in Jan and Feb, they have made no attempts at keeping reps. So if you were wondering, there’s your answer

Companies that drive away reps for making too much money/want cheaper reps don’t also promote top performers to positions making more money. 95% of the positions for promotion were filled from Supernus. Not to mention that reps have 4 levels of promotion with big pay raises at each level to incentivize them to stay and grow with Supernus. Is there a need to revisit retention bonus and it’s purpose? 90% of Supernus reps now make 8 bonuses a year vs 4. This all points to industry high tenure at Supernus and the companies fight to retain top earners and not the opposite. Facts. A few months of hardship only solidifies a culture and the ones who stay and fight will see it all unfold.

We are all underpaid that’s why retention exists. As far as low turnover, that’s changing soon. Hardship is one thing but constant negative changes due to poor leadership is another.

Bring your light saber. Let’s all stay and fight our way to the unemployment line. OR interview for a new job and get yourself AT least a 15% raise...AND a real pipeline

    real pipeline? What’s that?

We are severely underpaid and you know that.

Remember when they took our bonus and acted like it was our fault for implementing the plan they gave us. Pepperidge Farms remembers

I also remember having several high writing primary care, NOT off label, ripped from my list and never getting paid on them. So eff off with that “stay and fight” bs. I have good reason not to believe anything out of Rockville

Anyone ever ask why Supernus has 0 presence in other countries? Why aren’t our products desired in any other country?

Aptiom is available in 55 countries for comparison.

Because America is the only country that will allow a rebranded generic to be profitable.

Supernus can do a lot to boost morale at the January POA with one simple change. Pay us based on EVERY RX filled within our territory. Not just the ones in our called on universe. Like most other companies do.

This way the constant changing of our target lists every quarter (or mid quarter) won’t affect us as much.
