    LOL @ this whole clear genetics thing. Truly amazing how badly upper management screwed this up. So glad I stopped giving a shit about care long ago (also because my care rep was about as smart as a hammer).

    So right, Ambry is in trouble, already refusing to pay bonuses to rep and account executives.

    Cash flow issues at home base that is not getting fixed. Only a matter of time before testing gets affected..

    So many people have left and they are unable to backfill, fun time ahead I think

    Have these issues been fixed? I have been looking at a sales job there but there seems to be many open positions left unfilled so worried.

    Another RIF at Ambry. Just the beginning, many laid off in all areas, unfortunate but as leadership said “it’s not a big deal” - typical cold hearted response

    Not sure why everyone is so upset. Leadership here is the best I have ever seen especially in the commercial ops side. Nothing but encouragement and development opportunities.

    As REALM develops its strangle on the genetics business, the future is bright. A solid HR environment is hiring the best talent out there and weeding out the weak. our loyal customer base is only improving, especially with all the efficiencies being driven by the outstanding leadership.

    CARE is undoubtably the best in the market, Our Covid testing response is world class and total integration with best in market data analysis.

    I have heard the culture is great and the pay is around the average for base and comp being around 130, but more for the hustlers. I don't think it's that hard to get a job there as I know of many who currently work there and some that have and moved on and a few are horrible reps with no skills or self-motivation. If you have what it takes you should get hired easily. If you're looking for big money in the oncology/genetics area there are other companies that pay a lot more.

    I hear its a good company with a good approach to genetic testing that is less expensive then competitors and that is why they have such large market share.

    That is questionable, it has good genetic testing but how much has it grown since the new CEO took over? Growth is king in this market, there are so many new and up and coming testing companies who are just as good
     
  16. I hear bonus time is not happening here this year?!? How can they expect to hire or keep any reps if base is this low, like in the $80’s with commish running at a miserly 15% and no sales bonus!?

    We had an amazing NSM, sales meeting. No expense spare, everything from the food to the drink to the late night extravaganza’s were paid for. Meeting the CEO and more importantly the CCO who is guiding us to become the most important genetic tester in the world was amazing..

    thank you Rob for you guidance and inspirational leadership. I never would have thought that we would make it this far, but because of you we have. So excited about the future here and onto the next all expenses paid Sales Meeting.
