90k is the absolute top. 80k is customary.

 

Recruiter said start at 55K since I only have an associates degree. Even I don’t think that is great base. Confusing information.

 

Don’t know where you are located but check out Compass, they pay much better. More flexibility with CTs and so on!

How does the ASM role compare to the RSM role? Day to day? Total comp?

When I was there the RSM was more of a sales role where the ASM was administrative completing reports

 

I am interviewing and was told that the starting salary is $70k for everyone non-negotiable.

 

For the RSM (rep role) $70k is correct and it's not negotiable.

 

I saw a job posting for Account manager, is that different that a RSM? would that be a junior role??
