The Chad is a fearless leader. Unless it's a dark place, then you are going first.

The Chad has forgotten that the first rule of leadership is everything is your fault.

That might have sounded smug. I meant that I am excited to find out who this weirdo is.

With all this recent ruckus regarding Supernus's future, topiramate er, and SPN 812 I wanted to get back to the engine that drives this ship known as The Chad. This Thanksgiving I am Thankful for how predictable The Chad is. This helped me save my job a few weeks ago when Chad called me with a scheme to smooth over stealing from me.

See The Chad doesn't want Yes men around him. He wants everyone to tell the truth, even if it cost them their jobs.

PS The market has responded very well to my first thread with almost 3500 views already!! As a result I am launching an additional thread tomorrow focusing on "helping The Chad take his life back from Rockville".

According to The Chad, to err is human, to blame it on someone else shows management potential.

We are getting close to 4,000 views!!! This is a great indicator that my message is really resonating and reaching people. For those of you that are stopping in I appreciate your support, every view counts!! The Chad can't argue with the numbers, this thread is a hit!!

The Chad always overpromises and underdelivers to his reports.

The Chad lacks integrity, breaks promises, and is dishonest.

A leader is admired, The Chad is feared.

The Chad can become so immune to their own stories that they can convince themselves that the lies are true.

The Chad has a high level of confidence but a very low level of competence.

Anybody else get Chad's email today?

It's been ages so greetings and salutations my young Padawan's. This feels foreign to me as it has been so long since we spoke. Upon reading up on what has been transpiring in the fantasy land known as Supernus, I see "The Chad" is still alive and well. It's clear the abuse and mismanagement is not just reflected in your stock price but also on the board that your employees share their thoughts on. In the meantime I couldn't bomb in on your board without a special note.

"The Chad" looks to camouflage their insecurities by forcing a false persona, one of competence and confidence in a desperate attempt to conceal their real state of mind. This lack of self esteem can be witnessed while "The Chad" attempts to command respect at a POA or even seen right here on CafePharma.

Having high expectations of oneself is a healthy and productive frame of mind. However, "The Chad" spends a lot of time thinking about how one's greatness will far exceed anything conceivably realistic. This megalomania is observed with the "stretch goals" seen of a DCA expectations of 10 during a pandemic.

"The Chad' has an insatiable desire to make themselves appear important to impress others. As such, they'll often exaggerate and dramatically overstate various aspects of their life. "The Chad" will embellish anything and everything in order to make up for this gap. Should someone call them out, they'll frequently overreact in a desperate attempt to get people to but whatever they are selling. If you have attended a cc here at Supernus you have heard this penchant for exaggeration and dramatization.

"The Chad" is strictly against the notion that two heads are better than one. If "The Chad" detects a loss of control, often perceived as an act of disrespect, they're quick to become angry and defensive. The recent covid email distributed was an attempt to get out in front of this loss of "perceived control".

Finally, the only thing more predictable than "The Chad" is that this company will be under within two years.

After a grueling time with the relatives, tensions are high when Karen suddenly points to a Starbucks and says she wants to stop for a latte.

Chad really wants to get home but pulls over anyway. Thirty slow minutes later she finally returns with her coffee.

Once back on the road, the car slams into a pothole just as Karen's taking a sip, and she spills coffee all over herself.

"Didn't you see that pothole?!" she screams.

    "I hit it, didn't I?" he says.
