I got a DUI on a weekend a few years ago. My manager was understanding and reminded me everyone makes mistakes, but said don’t do it again. Kept my job.

what is the BMS policy on DUIs? How far back do you all look for company cars?

Once a year we look back the previous 10 years. DUI is immediate termination, no exceptions.

if i were you i would start looking for another job immediately. as soon as it makes its way to HR (either through your manager or the annual pulling of your DMV record) you will be terminated, no questions asked. your manager can't do anything to save you. next time be more careful.
