The Sun Pharma board is speculating that the Donger (haha) will take over as Taro CFO.

That would be a good thing. He's no nonsense. No such thing as getting over on him. Btw, does HR check employment references? Doubt some of the finance people ever worked in a corporate environment. We hear their "professional gossip" in our wing in CS. The minute the CFO resigned, they're back to playing games. Joke.

The AR Department is changing it’s moniker from Accounts Recoveries to Another Rumor. Even worse now that boss is on vacation. They take this time to disappear, take 3 hour lunches, share each other’s work id’s to scan out, and any other pranks to avoid working.

    Building has windows ladies.

Parking in the back means nothing. We see you :)

Chief Rumor spreader when not smoking is spewing her venom.

How about we do our jobs. Stay downstairs, hate to say it we don’t want your negativity upstairs.

Go shine your flip flops girlie, game over :)

Good way to deflect favorite son. Your group is nothing but an expensive disaster. By the way, you did me a favor. Never been happier. Just a matter of time before your games catch up to you. You CHOSE me, who did my job and kept your pals. How long before they figure out Taro pays someone to Jabber and hang by copy machines to listen to convos and come back to you with the good gossip. The next CFO may see through your bull.

There needs to be some manager changes in Finance. The new CFO will address.

Easy fix. Fire all of the loudmouths in Taro finance and move the operation to Princeton.

I have it on good authority that the new CFO will have a mandate to get rid of the toxic work environment. They will be hiring a tough, no nonsense type of leader. Either you change, or you will be terminated. No more placing people on probation. You will be told directly. The first to go are the ones who have time to gossip all day and not work.

Bugsy should have been fired a long time ago. He is the misfit from Comm Ops. What a moron. All of this sounds like his garbage.

They might put Dong in to keep costs down. Highly doubtful, except with one plausible explanation. Taro and Sun hire immigrants so they can pay them less. CFO would be a huge jump for him, considering his level of experience. Before Taro, he was in a company that sold horse and cow medicines But, anything is possible due to the low-buck, low-caste thought processes of Sun Pharma. As for the Sun Pharma cafepharma board, it is all rumors. Sun Pharma is just campaigning for themselves because they are all jealous of Taro. But over the past couple of years, HR and the CEO have dumbed down Taro to the point it becomes hard to tell the difference. So, who knows? Sun Pharma has been known to let their best people go and keep the losers. In the end, nothing matters. Sun will eventually pick the bones off of Taro and send it the way of Caraco. They have already figured out who to bribe at the SEC. Why do you think the General Counsel moved on? The antitrust lawsuit is going to drive Sun into the ground and they will have to do something to survive in the US.

I think most of the good employees are so done that nobody cares. The building is a ghost town come 5:00.

Apparently the new trend is firing people on a Friday and having their replacement ready to start on Monday. Very sneaky and childish tactics.

What happened to the chic before The Donger started?

    That lemon jello lady?
    Who knows?
Maybe she didn't like traveling up to Taro every week.
Maybe she misrepresented her skills and experience.

I was lucky enough to get out and hope the good employees leave. Their only hope for a normal environment is that the new CFO will see through all the bullshit

I also left in time. Going from Taro to a normal company was a big change and a very pleasant surprise. I eliminated all this:

People within their departments not working as a team and gossiping behind each other's backs, forming cliques and leaving others out, promoting your incompetent buddies, hiring new managers and leaving them alone in their offices to wonder what was going on because they weren't being trained at all, overhearing a former HR manager trying to talk a candidate away from taking a job, placing good people on probation because they wouldn't kiss their managers' behinds, working late because the workload wasn't properly balanced, working under hostile conditions if you are a young woman, and FINALLY the stress of being asked to implement a major ERP change within four months while STILL completing your daily tasks.

People, this is NOT normal and no one should be subjected to it. Once you leave, it will become as clear as day. The new CFO will need to be tough but fair. He or she should not play favorites and not keep favorite pets on short leashes.

Agree. The new CFO will definitely need to focus on the fun bunch. If they could have so much fun they must be overstaffed.
