ALL-TIME HIGH EMPLOYEE TURNOVER RATES A CORPORATE CULTURE THAT HAS BEEN DESTROYED CAPPED BONUSES A SIP PLAN THAT VERY UNFAIR ON A CONSISTENT BASIS LITTLE OPPORTUNITY FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT MEASLY ANNUAL MERIT INCREASES SALARY SCALES BELOW INDUSTRY AVERAGE .... AND QUITE A FEW OTHERS ITENS THAT CAN BE LISTED. Even with all these issues we need to be Thankful for our jobs and support each other! Let's be unified as one team and have great success in 2020!!! I’m thankful Medical was let go in February before the stain of the 28 federal indictments. Also thankful for getting a new position with a $16K higher base, 5% higher target bonus, and senior leadership with values, morals, and respect for the company’s workers. There is a better life outside the Indivior shit show.
