How about I stick a Respimat into your a$$ and give you one heck of an aqueous enema while you suck on a placebo to keep things moving huh?

It’s the end of the show and the clock is winding down on our respiratory division. Trelegy can cover asthma and COPD and there’s a lot of mixed asthma as well as copd and asthma. It is really a one stop shop with one co-pay.
BI is gonna squeeze out the last few drips of juice these next 2 years before it’s Game Over.
Unfortunately I’m sure we will lose coverage on a big plan or two again at the end of next year.
Well played GSK. Well played. You definitely out maneuvered BI

I’m just going to ride this out because of the pension and my time invested here. But I definitely see that it’s over in respiratory

Bring in a contract sales team lets say 200 plus 10 managers calling on only the top docs. Big saving cut the fat!

But wait...leadership has always strongly emphasized that BI is fully invested in Respiratory and that it is critical and necessary to the company. It is the crown jewel in BI’s crown and therefore of paramount importance and significance. With a status like that in the company, it is quite hard to imagine that all of this will collapse in two to three years from now.

You're dumb. All businesses have to adjust strategy based upon performance . BI bet on the respimat but they didn't go for the kill by trying to show superiority to HH. Consequently, we are looking to emphasize other disease states.

Yeah we are definitely right. We are putting our money in other disease states and trying to specialize. Respiratory is a dead duck. The money they make on respiratory comes from HH so when that show is over, it’s over

sadly, they did try....and it failed. Just barely, but not signif. superior. Same with PIF. No evidence of superiority for optimal PIF vs. sub optimal PIF. I have nothing but the highest respect for my resp. co-workers, but they are living on borrowed time. The second HH goes generic it's over. Good luck.

Why do you think the company divided into a franchise...

Well Slap my Cucumber and spank me a salad. I’ bein releasing my aqueous ass mist all over this hotel. People gone and be gasping for air and I say Rest in my Mist and drink in my small aqueous particles.

Your comment is a “half glass empty” type. The company moved into the franchise model in order to move and allocate more resources and improve the chain of command within a given TA.

I think you're the same one who is living in fairy tale land on here. I mean, when they group respiratory with "Respiratory and Established Brands"......that doesn't mean anything to you?! Sorry but resp. is done soon. Good luck.

Totally agree. That’s easy to see.

Also Trelegy is an unstoppable train and it’s not even to high end speed yet.

    Trelegy compared to SP.
    Trelegy almost 100% covered
Trelegy for COPD, Asthma & Mixed Asthma.
    One co-pay
    Device easier to use

So why should they prescribe SP? Oh pneumonia rates you say? Ok well Trelegy has less than 1% pneumonia rates. Anything else? Ok thanks for playing BI and bye bye SP
