Wink wink. Ask our managers. They have your totals. They hit Friday. You’ll get your email tomorrow. You’re welcome.

    Are you really this clueless?
No one has 3 products in their IC plan, maybe 2 plus a spiff. If you dont hit 100% with your P1 product , you are likely not going to hit your target IC. Having 2 products doesnt mean that you have 2x the opportunity to hit target. The products are weighted. You have to at least average 100% with all of your products to hit target.

You must be either on Magnifica/ Polaris or new to pharma.

One of the few reps actually hitting target.

Dude 80% of the field is not at plan. Have you seen the weeklies? Yes, Salix is always at plan. Because Jabba needs to take care of his family and JP needs to lie to Wall Street to keep the stock moving. The majority of us don’t get paid what we were sold coming here. Did you notice the total silence at the NSM when McKenna announced we had broken an all time revenue record. He had to beg for applause because we in the field are not getting paid. If you are one of the 20% hitting plan every quarter, consider yourself lucky. The rest of us aren’t. And it’s getting fucking old.

    The what calculator They say....
Hint Hint...its on the 2nd tab of every weeks attainment report email.
It’s crazy, I knew 6 weeks ago exactly what I am going to get paid tomorrow. I even knew the exact date of the payout- it is in Salix 360.

    Pretty much spot on.
A few territories are getting a gift with Plenvu- If they are lucky enough to have an account with discounted pricing. Definitely not a level playing field. Those few big payouts are making the country look like its doing a lot better than it actually is. Its called a windfall- take it out of the National #’s - or put a cap on them at 200%.

Interviewing for position and big incentive is the 12,500 bonus payout at 100%. Reading this thread, seems like many not making that. How does it work if not at 100%? For example, if come in at around 80% what is an average payout for that? Want to have a realistic idea of what payout would be , even if miss plan by a little. Thanks so much for any insight, trying to decide between 2 companies and the bonus payout is the biggest difference between the two.

if all you care about is bonus potential and IC, come here. You can make money even on a shitty quarter.

if you’re big into culture of a team and how you’re managed, may not be a good fit. Being 100% honest here.

The cutoff is 80%. At 79% you get zero payout. If you come in around the middle 90’s, you will still make bonus and it’s around $8,500-$10,000. Pretty good relative to the rest of the industry. Hit 105% and the money takes off and you can make well above $15,000. There are people beating their objectives and making well above target. But most of the field is below plan even though the company keeps beating projections for Wall Street. Which is frustrating. And as another poster said, if you are in it for the paycheck and bonus, jump on board. If culture or team dynamic matters, or you need a manager who cares about you personally, keep walking. Salix is about making money period. And that’s just fine with most of us.

    you’re a fucking idiot.

you can hit 0% of your goal of one product and make 50k. You’re def an excelsa rep bc Apriso is the only product you can’t do that with.

there’s an Integra making 50k off plenvu alone. They are over 1000%. Thats P2. Meaning she doesn’t have to make a dime off P1. They are like 80k now with plenvu alone. But of course the max is 50k. You’re an idiot.

you can be over 100% on your second product (more realistically like 110-140%) and make money. Make up for not hitting 100% on your P1. It’s actually smart to focus on P2 to make sure it’s at 100% or higher. You’ll always make 12.5 if you do. YOU ARE AN IDIOT.

do you know how HARD it is to be less than 80% you’ve got to be blind, deaf, mute, and stupid all at the same time.

Salix is about making money. Well said. And you make that money.

To the other idiot who can’t - QUIT. Lol

BY THE WAY....stock at $31 for that idiot who kept saying Salix stock sucks and wouldn’t reach $30. $15 beginning of year - now at $30.

    Next stop $50....

    Nice try Genius!
No Im not an Excelsa rep.
And how did that logic work for you 2 quarters ago? Or were you even here then?
It wont be long and if you arent over 100% with your P1 and you wont be able to make more than 3500 with your P2. The reps that you mentioned making 50K are only making that because of contracted rates at their large practice and manufacturing issues with Clenpiq. Not everyone is handed that - more power to them, but most dont have that luxury.

Its always a good idea to focus on selling any product in your IC - but thanks for the genius advice...
“It’s actually smart to focus on P2 to make sure it’s at 100% or higher. You’ll always make 12.5 if you do”. I will beg to differ - unless you live in NY.
Im glad you think you know everything - but your view is very narrow minded and not nearly as good as good as you think it is.
