    Does anyone know anything about Wellspect? They have tons of district manager jobs posted.

    I know the company is part of Dentsply and they sell the LoFric.
    What do urologists think of LoFric and Wellspect?

    Wellspect Healthcare is not a company you want to work for. Nikki McCormick has singlehandedly destroyed what once was a good corporate culture. Managers leave within 2 years and field sales turnover is 25-30%. While there are good and enthusiastic people at Wellspect, Nikki McCormick will eventually destroy their desire to remain. She is a bully, has no soul and should have been removed many years ago. HR at Dentslply is non responsive to her dictatorial style and eventual lawsuits over McCormick's activities will eventually result in high settlements and her firing if there is such a thing as Karma! If you are called by a recruiter or are interested in working for her, you need to move on as you will regret your decision if hired. Nikki McCormick is a real detriment to this company and needs to return to England ASAP!

    This is obviously written by a disgruntled employee whom was fired. I currently work for Wellspect HealthCare and couldn't be luckier to work under a Managing Director suck as Nikki! If you were fired it must have been for good reason and it's also not very hard to pin point which employee wrote this! One of her weaknesses if you can call it that, she cares to much for her employees and gives way too many chances to non-performers. So Mr. non-performer who walked with his tail between his legs and added no value to any of us...let this be a lesson and move on. Don't bad mouth the only one who believed in your BS.

    Nikki's lives and breathes our vision "We passionately strive to make a real difference every day to everyone who needs our products and services." Unlike other companies making a fast dollar upcoding and giving the end user product they don't need, she pushes our sales reps to work harder than the competitors. She's not looking for the easy way to grow revenue. She reminds us that we can make just as much by remembering who we serve. The end-user. The patient whose quality of life just got easier with LoFric.

    So if your honest, a hard worker and want to work for a company that really does believe in superb patient care...apply at Wellspect.

    If your looking for an easy paycheck and lie and manipulate easily as Mr. Tail between his legs then please look elsewhere.

    She is causing massive turnover. I wouldn’t suggest anyone work here. Thank God I got out!

    I just started here and the company seems like it’s in turmoil. The new comp plan isn’t anything they promised when I interviewed.

    Sounds like the person above was fired?? LOL

    On a professional note I work in DME - does anyone know about a connection between 180 Medicals catheter Gentlecath and Hislip and possibly another catheter on the market? I heard they were all made by Wellspect? Don’t they make Lofric?

    Pinto going all in on micromanagement while promoting a dream team of under qualified people to a multitude of roles. Salesforce increases sales said no one on the verge of losing their job ever.
