This company is the devil. Drove salesforce to get new cars by 12/1 and then do a nationwide layoff 1/23
Didnt receive full severance and benefits that were promised and they wouldn't get DM's write letters of recommendation for the people that they just screwed over. Terrible company. Terrible and heartless leadership.

Enough bs already Arbor your perpetual lies continue but its just embarrassing! When will it be realized that you can't keep changing the rules of the game. It makes your spin when Arbor poorly tries and incredibly fails consistently. Unbelievable how you expect us few remaining sales reps to meet the ridiculous demands of our low pay, high stress and micromamaged jobs.

Anyone remember when Arbor gave DMs reports on what they deemed suspicious rep activity? They don't have the balls to just let reps go instead they enjoy ganging up to bully, beat you down withj relentless meaningless reporting and attempt to break your spirit first. They patheticly referrred to EQUO, Veeva/Salesforce call data, gas fill ups, lack of budget spend or no samples ditributed etc to have reps explain their activity. If anything reps got better at CYA for when the next micromanagement effort happens to fire any of these so called slackers or anyone that doesn't kiss their butt. Arbor assclowns

Additional signs that you are about to be terminated without valid cause at Arbor Pharmaceuticals:
-Does your iPad had technical difficulties, crashed intermittently or is your email history is missing?
-Are your detailed submittals for conference or educational event programs which were participated in the past not being approved in a timely manner or sent back many times for revision but then further delayed or not approved by your manager or forwarded on for review but denied for unsubstantiated reasons; whereas, it obviously would improve product promotion/sales growth for Arbor to key prescribers and create awareness for new leads which may even cost less than some clinic lunches?
-Is it getting close to the end of the quarter with I/C payouts upcoming or any unused PTO days?
-Have you been receiving long, tedious e-mails from your manager documenting their side of the story on minor issues that seemed irrelevant and were quickly resolved during a telephone call possibly months ago but now are stating an immediate need for your attention to make improvement when you hadn't even given it a second thought? However, as you believe this is such a waste of time of your manager to dedicate to such an unproductive activity and you realize that it would be further counterproductive for you to respond with an email back as this wouldn't solve anything just irritate your irrational manager whom already has the upper hand in any situation and will have HR support regardless of the facts.
-Have you filed a confidential complaint or asked for assistance from the outside counseling network but this was not help for your situation and are being retaliated against for speaking up?
-Are you no longer allowed to directly connect with internal Arbor contacts whom you've worked efficiently with in the past and other counterparts still do such or need to go through your manager first even though the internal employee may have contacted you for assistance first?
-Are your teammates or manager being a bit cold/undeniably rude or ignoring your calls or not including you in the Group Me discussions as they used to? Are the conversations uncomfortable when your manager requests active, group participation but no one will be honest in fear of being the next one targeted?
-Are your field visit ride alongs cancelled without even being notified by your DM's change in schedule when you have appointments/luncheons with key accounts to introduce them or enhance the relationship etc but are in the field waiting for their arrival and they never show up?
-Have you been threatened to drop everything to be on a Arbor conference call at the last minute without knowing the discussion topic or the participants just when you are about to make an important client call to meet your unrealistic sales goals that have you accountable for deceased/move out of territory accounts? Told to reschedule your appointment as Arbor and your managers unprofessional behavior is more important than your client period.
-Does your less experienced manager feel intimidated by you and continually attempt to overlook your achievements or have newly hired, inexperienced pharma sales representatives dismiss your creative ideas or diminish your active participation at meetings or on conference calls?
-Are unrealistic deadlines for assignments happening with unclear directions, having poorly communicated without feedback provided on non-standard projects which are unfamiliar to those required to complete such? Are you attempting to understand and ask relevant questions but instead are being yelled at then reprimanded later after you complied with the request to the best of your ability given the uncooperative and difficult situation?
-Have you lost your enthusiasm for your job, feel absolutely abandoned by Arbor, heard enough of their empty promises and do not recognize the remaining names on the employee roster as those hired when you were no longer exist?
-Have you come to terms that you are underpaid for your experience, level of education, only 2 weeks PTO and having to deal with the tedious changes in company focus, being untrained on detailed reports, lack of recognition via limited Arbor Rising Stars points, no company car, low mileage reimbursement and the promise of stock options that never come to be?

Unbelievable how they outright lie about ones' performance in a desperate attempt to find fault to terminate employees. The absolute lowest employee morale with all hope lost for a turnaround; Arbor is the devil do not trust them.
