Reality check - Life is age discriminatory.

• Hot women look at men over 50 differently unless they’re wealthy.
  
• You end up joining sports leagues with fatter, older folks
• You slow down, joints hurt and some company cars will cause back pain
• you think more about retirement, pensions, and healthcare than you ever did before
• You get Viagra from your doctor, just in case.
• And, yes, you thinking about younger adults working for less, working harder and longer, kissing up all the time (which you don’t do nearly as much of after 50)
• Lastly, too many managers prefer the inexperienced, hungry, eager, and energetic over mature, competent, and experienced employee with a fine tuned BS detector all day, everyday.

Oh, Joe Biden isn’t doing mature workers any favors with his mumbling and bumbling no malarkey tour.

Not so much age. It’s more gender and race discrimination and mostly white male. It’s quite evident in Florida.

 

Blacks make up less than 5% of the college graduates annually (A requirement for this type of job), they are WAY over represented at Pfizer and all other pharmaceutical companies.

it doesn’t matter though. We need to get to where whether we walk into a room full of Blacks, a room full Whites, a room full of women, or a room full of homosexuals, that their ability to get the job done is the only thing that matters and is the only thing we see.
