Both WH and GB dropped the “tinman” scheme and found their hearts. They were sincere, supportive and came off as caring. It was the polar opposite of yesterday mornings call.

 

Too little too late.

 

So, they even screwed up the layoff. Put families through hell. To come back and say Oh my bad, you can come back. Come back pay the bills, Start interviewing

 

This is not true

 

What is not true ? That some reps didn’t receive calls after they were cut ? Yes they did. That there are not some territories open where reps (solid reps) were let go and now told they have to interview ??!! What a CF. UNREAL

 

I would say fuck you - not coming back, and take my 10 months full pay severance and Move On and
Hopefully find another pharma sales rep gig within the next 10 months.

No way I would interview for they job they just fired me from. Why, Just so I can be told “NO” again, or to see if I fit into some double top secret algorithm of Avanir worthiness?!?

No thanks! Better things to do with my time than satisfy this company’s curiosity.

I didn't think things could get worse. This place is unreal. No leadership. Complete turmoil. My Stupid mgr continues to embarrass himself with his foolish talk of the future here. I can't get out fast enough. Hopeful that I get an offer soon. It's been a struggle for me as few other real companies are impressed with my sales garbage and my resume is now tarnished with working here.
