You mean the MD who won 6 Chairman’s Circles, 5 Team Excellences, Coach of the year, 3 Presidents clubs in his career at AMGEN? I worked for him on Hospital side...best DM ever! Went on 2 team trips in 3 years on his team. You obviously suck and he saw that...reputation...lol! What did you accomplish? You must need to post to get off...go see your Doctor, he might be able to help! move on loser, move on!

 

Sounds like MD is bragging about his accomplishments from years ago in the supportive care team. When you manage a team of adults you treat them like adults. I left a while ago. I hear he has had to hire 8 people since he took over the reins of the Kyprolis team. To me, as an outsider, that raises many red flags about his inabilities to lead a team successfully.

 

What a self promoting douche - as if coach of the year means shit, that award translates to “ how far up your bosses backside are you”. Also DMs don’t earn chairmen’s circle, they are gifted it based on their team’s achievements.
