    why no one from these departments was laid off? These departments have more people than they needed and they are all incompetent. Jesus Varela ran the best HR department with a lot less people and Christine Ocampo ran the most efficient Finance team with 6 people. One lady used to hand Procurement and Peter George has 3 people under him, and he still doesn’t know what he is doing and pissed everyone off.

    What about Compliance? Everyone can’t be working on the CIA?

    No brainpower in Compliance so they need as many people with zero brain cells as possible to cover up for Clinical, Legal and Finance lies.

    The only people that survive in Compliance, Legal, Clinical and Finance are bullies. It is the toxic culture taught by senior management.

    Avanir is the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. How many initiatives have to be implemented to try to force a new culture. Ironic how most of the original culture/mvv team left the company and now the others have been let go. Avanir doesn’t want you to have a voice. Avanir wants robots and people without opinions.
    You can’t buy culture. Sad.

    100% and now HR is leading the new “culture” team. JM will destroy that initiative.

    How many people does clinical have? What do they all do? 2 failed studies yet NO ONE has had their position eliminated. Yet other groups in R&D with smaller numbers lost people?
    Makes sense!
