why no one from these departments was laid off? These departments have more people than they needed and they are all incompetent. Jesus Varela ran the best HR department with a lot less people and Christine Ocampo ran the most efficient Finance team with 6 people. One lady used to hand Procurement and Peter George has 3 people under him, and he still doesn’t know what he is doing and pissed everyone off.

Avanir is the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. How many initiatives have to be implemented to try to force a new culture. Ironic how most of the original culture/mvv team left the company and now the others have been let go. Avanir doesn’t want you to have a voice. Avanir wants robots and people without opinions. You can’t buy culture. Sad.
How many people does clinical have? What do they all do? 2 failed studies yet NO ONE has had their position eliminated. Yet other groups in R&D with smaller numbers lost people? Makes sense!
